Happy Father’s Day!

Throughout the day today we will be sharing our members’ submissions in which they honor their VFW Auxiliary fathers and father-figures they volunteer alongside all year long. Please follow the hashtag to see these posts as we recognize them today for their Unwavering Support for Uncommon Heroes and applaud all the ways they enhance the Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary.

In June of 2016, our very first male members were nearing the end of their first Program Year as VFW Auxiliary members, so in addition to recognizing Auxiliary fathers as individuals today, we would love to send a very special thank you to all of our male Auxiliary members for their first decade of service in the organization as we look ahead to many more.

In addition, we always keep close to our hearts our veteran dads and grandfathers, in particular those under whose eligibility so many of our members joined the VFW Auxiliary. Thank you for your service and support.
