Second Harvest will be at the Piney Creek VFD on Friday 6/5 at 12pm to host a food distribution! You can pick up for your neighbors or friends and family. Spread the word!

When you did or will do your spring cleaning, did you find some of your books the kids had outgrown? Guess what? Our library would love them! Each week when the children come they get to select a book and they can keep it! If you have any to donate, let us know!

Got kids? We have a summer meals program! Starting Tuesday, June 9th you can come by between 10 and 2 on Tuesdays ONLY and pick up meals for each child. These are made at the 2nd harvest kitchen and frozen and delivered to us every week. If you haven't signed up yet, give us a call! 336-372-6560

No 2nd harvest tomorrow at Glade Creek VFD. But Tuesday we are open! An announcement about our summer food program for the kids ages 1-18 will be made then. Have a great evening and thank God for the rain!

We are short on forks at Grace Kitchen! Do you have extra forks at your house that you could donate? If so, bring them to Grace Kitchen and we will collect them and wash them! 190 N. Main Street 4:30-6pm every Wednesday!

Our Non-Food Pantry at Mt. Zion UMC will be open on Tuesday, May 12, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The Non-Food Pantry is open to everyone and provides household items that are becoming increasingly expensive, helping ease the financial burden for members of our community.
Free transportation from Sparta is available. Please contact Alleghany In Motion to be included in their route.
