The Stars of Tomorrow Tricky Tray will be held on Saturday, March 14th, 2026 at PJHS. Doors open 12pm Meetings are held the third Wednesday of each month.

The Business and Professional Women's Club of Port Jervis is an organization that serves the tri-state community in many ways. The club holds an annual fund raiser to raise money for scholarships that are given to students at the Port Jervis and Delaware Valley High Schools. In addition to the scholarship fund, BPW also sponsors and/or supports local organizations. The Business and Professional Wo

BPW celebrated our Scholarship Recipients at last night’s dinner meeting at the Erie Trackside. We awarded 14 Scholarships and 1 Adult Scholarship of $2000.00 each to these amazing “Stars Of Tomorrow “, all funded by our Stars of Tomorrow Tricky Tray that was held in March. Each recipient told us a little about themselves including a memory from their high school years. Thank you Tricia Close and Roberta Stein for Co-Chairing the Scholarship Committee. And as Tricia Close reminded our recipients to be kind, respectful and to enjoy their college years.

Membership Chairman Tina Cokelette installed Ginny Schouten at last night’s dinner meeting at Balch’s.
We announced our 15 2026 Scholarship recipients who we will be meeting at our June 17th meeting.
Also we are gearing up for our community projects, National Night Out August 4th , we will be giving out 25 filled backpacks. Fall Foliage September 27th, Car Show October 4th, Designer Bag Bingo November 1st and Bell Ringing match in December for the Salvation Army.

Congratulations to Sheri Kowalski… our 2026 Woman of the Year who was honored at last night’s dinner meeting at Goodfellas! It’s always a surprise as our 2025 Woman of the Year, Karen Little gives us clues to who might be this year’s special lady. Love seeing Sheri’s face when she realized she was the honoree. Also joining Sheri was her husband Roger, daughter Kerri and Kerri’s boyfriend Jeff. Sheri is well deserving being Tricky Tray Co-Chair 2025 and 2026, and now serving as Vice President. Congratulations Sheri!!!!

Thank you Lucky from Save-A-Lot for helping us donate $500 of essential items to Easter Seals. Pictured are Barb Kuczyra, Lucky and Terri Costantino. This donation was funded from our Community Projects where our fall fundraisers and Designer Bag Bingo donate to the Salvation Army, the Warming Station, Fed By Grace and Helping Hands Food Pantry. Our major donation of 200 $75 grocery gift cards from either ShopRite or Save-A-Lot and 2 $25 gift cards from Ben’s Fresh, Port Jervis Pizza, Texas Lunch or the Katery is funded from Designer Bags and Bling Bingo and distributed to families in the Tri-State community. Thank you to all our businesses that support us and of course our local community that attends our events.

President Charlene Canale was installed by Patty Ann Little at last night’s Pot Luck Bingo dinner meeting. For a fun night after our Tricky Tray, we get to enjoy a casual night, play Bingo and taste some great food that our members bring to share.

Thank you to our community that came out today to support our Stars of Tomorrow Tricky Tray!!! Thank you to the businesses that donated gift certificates and baskets, the custodial staff at PJHS, PJHS Honor Society students, our BPW ladies that have worked for months preparing for today, and our Co-Chairs.. Ann DiAgostino. Sheri Kowalski, and Danyiel McCormick for once again organizing today’s Tricky Tray!!!
