Dear YMCA Members & Guests, due to unforeseen circumstances, the men's and women's locker rooms will remain closed until further notice as of 1PM today, 10/13. We will send additional communication when they reopen.

During this time, adults 18+ should use the Boys' Locker Room and the Girls' Locker Room to change and/or shower. For men's restroom use, due to the limited facilities in the boys' locker room, please use the single-use bathrooms in the Lobby or near the Health & Wellness Center. Thank you for your patience and understanding! ⚠️

Thank you to Philip Thibodeau and the for this great story about our recent facility upgrades.

It was a long summer, but we are so appreciative of the staff who worked long hours and weekends, the volunteers & staff who came in to clean & move equipment and to our members who stayed patient and flexible throughout the project!

Nearly 8,000 Southington residents belong to the Southington YMCA. There they take advantage of health and fitness options that range from swimming, strength training, and cardio to yoga and zumba, not to mention health classes and childcare.
