Summer brings more freedom, new experiences, and more opportunities for kids and teens to make healthy choices. Setting clear rules and expectations now can help keep youth safe all summer long. ☀️

Talk openly about alcohol, va**ng, ma*****na, and other substances. Know where your kids are, who they’re with, and keep the conversation going. Youth who know their parents’ expectations are less likely to engage in risky behaviors.

Let’s work together to help Somerset County youth have a safe, healthy, and substance-free summer. 💙
