MVMNT is proud to sponsor the Summer Lunch program and last week we had a chance to take our student crew out for an adventure. Students packed up lunches in the morning and spent the afternoon doing some rock climbing! It was a great chance to get outside and get out of our comfort zone. We’re grateful for this awesome team of kids and all their work with our summer lunch program this year!

Dodging rain drops, climbing rocks, and ending the day with an ice cream cone. Turns out ice cream with friends is always the right choice. We’re just so darn grateful to be outside, making friends, trying new things, and seeing nature first hand. Got to see a rattlesnake (from the safety of the van)! Service project coming up July 30 - hope to see you there!

We had an awesome opportunity to serve with our friends at The Mountain Watershed Association today! Our crew helped install two new benches along the Indian Creek Valley Trail and removed invasive plant species along the trail. It was an awesome way to get our hands dirty and give back to the places we get to recreate in. Thanks to our gracious hosts for their hard work and advocacy for our wild places!

SKI SZN IS UPON US!

&& we need you help! Outdoor Club @ SASD is taking a record number of high school skiers this year and many need loaner gear. Movement is donating gear and scholarship funds to help get kids out on the slopes again this year and we are in need of more jackets, snow pants, and goggles. If you are willing to donate, please message us!
