This year's program has been reimagined with a professional facilitator from Nonprofit Sidekick, a personalized approach to leadership development, and opportunities to better understand your individual leadership style.

☕ LEADERSHIP BREAKFAST RECAP

Earlier this month, we were proud to welcome 50+ employers, community leaders, and business professionals to our free Leadership Breakfast at the Somerset Country Club, officially kicking off the launch of the reenergized Leadership Somerset County program for 2026!

Attendees heard from members of the Leadership Somerset County Committee, past program participants, and our first-ever professional facilitator, Stephanie Masters of Nonprofit SideKick Sidekick, as we unveiled exciting updates designed to strengthen leadership development across Somerset County.

The refreshed program will feature a more personalized approach, enhanced leadership training, meaningful community engagement opportunities, and valuable connections with leaders from across our region. The enthusiasm and positive feedback throughout the morning confirmed just how important investing in future leaders is for the continued growth and success of Somerset County.

We're excited for this next chapter of Leadership Somerset County and look forward to welcoming the Class of 2026!
