In recognition of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, we celebrate Arthur!
Arthur recently returned to work at Panera after several years away from the workforce. He previously worked at a local Panera for nine years and was thrilled to have the opportunity to return to a job he considers his dream job.
With support from Orchard Village’s Employment Team, Arthur worked toward his goal of returning to the workforce and successfully started his new position. His story is a great reminder of what NDEAM celebrates: the value, talent and contributions people with disabilities bring to the workplace, and the importance of creating opportunities for everyone to pursue meaningful employment.
