📣🏈 THANK YOU, SMFL FAMILY! 🏈📣

Yesterday was everything we hoped for and more.

From the smiles, laughs, and new friendships to the hard work, hustle, and excitement on the field, our Football & Cheer Camp was an incredible reminder of what makes this league so special.

Thank you to every player who came ready to learn, every parent who trusted us with their athlete, every coach who shared their knowledge, and every volunteer and board member who helped make the day run smoothly. It takes a village to create opportunities like this, and we are grateful for every single person who played a part.

The energy was contagious, and if yesterday was any indication, we are in for an amazing season. The countdown to kickoff is officially on, and the excitement continues to grow with each passing day!

⭐️ We also want to give a special shoutout to former SMFL President Jeremy Stouffer for generously providing lunch for all of our campers, coaches, and volunteers. The food was fantastic and the gesture was greatly appreciated by everyone in attendance.⭐️

Yesterday wasn’t just about football and cheer. It was about building confidence, creating memories, and bringing our SMFL family together. Thank you for making it such a great day. We can’t wait to see everyone back out on the field soon!

👉🏼 At SMFL, we believe every child should have the opportunity to learn, grow, and be part of the game.

If your athlete is interested in attending this weekend’s Football & Cheer Camp, we encourage everyone to register as normal. However, if financial circumstances are creating a barrier to participation, please reach out to us privately.

We may have options available to help, and all conversations will remain confidential.

Our goal is simple: if a child wants to be there and you need help, we want to do everything we can to make that happen. 🏈📣

🏈 THE 2026 SMFL GAME SCHEDULE HAS ARRIVED! 📣

Football is on its way back, and we are HYPE to officially unveil the 2026 Shippensburg Midget Football League schedule!

Opening Day - September 13
Championship Weekend - November 1

📅 IMPORTANT DATE:
July 18, 2026 – Tryout & Draft Day

This will serve as the official kickoff to the 2026 SMFL season! Following evaluations and team selections, coaches will contact families with team assignments, practice schedules, and all the details you’ll need to get ready for the season.

Throughout the year we’ll also celebrate our organizations with special recognition days:
⭐ Opening Ceremony, Color Guard & Remembrance
⭐ Hub City Steelers Recognition
⭐ CSL Cowboys Recognition
⭐ Quincy Panthers Recognition
⭐ American Legion Redskins Recognition
