Fun fact: Sleep in Heavenly Peace volunteers across the country have, on average, delivered nearly 250 BEDS A DAY this year. That’s over 71,000 beds in 2026, and counting! 🛏️💨

That kind of hustle just carried us past 400,000 beds delivered since 2012. 🎉 Our volunteers are unstoppable, and we couldn’t be prouder. 💙

❤️ A HUGE THANK-YOU TO THOMAS MAGNET SCHOOL! 🖤

We are so grateful to the generous students at Thomas Magnet School for their continued support of Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Bedford County, TN!

These amazing students came together for a HUGE pillow drive and collected 134 pillows and 44 comforter sets! 😍👏

A special thank-you to Shelby Joerger, a member of our core team, for organizing this wonderful event and helping make it happen!

It’s heartwarming to see students step up to support children in our community who are in need. These donations will help us provide cozy, comfortable bedding to kids who deserve a safe and comfortable place to sleep.

To the students, staff, and everyone who contributed, THANK YOU for your kindness, generosity, and big hearts! You are making a difference in our community. 💙

🗣️ ANOTHER SHOUT-OUT TO DUCK RIVER ELECTRIC! 🫶🏻

The amazing employees of Duck River Electric Membership Corporation didn’t stop at helping us quality-check and stain 60 beds to get them ready for delivery. They also rolled up their sleeves and helped us deliver THREE beds to deserving children right here in Bedford County! ❤️

Your generosity, hard work, and willingness to go the extra mile mean more to us than you could ever know. Because of your support, three more children now have a safe, comfortable place to lay their heads at night.

That’s what community is all about! 👏🏻👏🏻

❤️ Community Supporting Community! ❤️

Yesterday, SHP Bedford County, TN, partnered with Duck River Electric Membership Corp for an incredible day of teamwork and community service!

A HUGE thank-you to the 26 Duck River Electric employees who dedicated three hours of their day to helping children in our community who lack a safe, comfortable place to sleep.

Together, they quality-checked and stained 60 beds that had already been built, getting them ready to go out into the community and provide children with a good night’s sleep! 🛏️

These employees worked nonstop, and the camaraderie, teamwork, and enthusiasm throughout the event were truly amazing. It was clear how much they enjoyed coming together for such a meaningful cause!

To everyone at Duck River Electric Membership Corporation, please know how much we value your time, hard work, and commitment to helping children in our community. Your willingness to step up and make a difference means so much to our chapter and, most importantly, to the children and families we serve.
