3. How long have you been coaching?
This is my first season as Head Coach and Iโm so excited to jump in and make it memorable!
4. What inspired you to start coaching?
I love working with kids and wanted to help create a fun, positive place where they can build confidence, friendships, and memories.
5. Favorite thing about coaching youth sports:
Watching kids realize they can do hard things and seeing their confidence grow every week.
6. What do you hope your players learn from you besides the game?
To be kind, work hard, support each other, and know that mistakes help us grow.
7. Your coaching philosophy in one sentence:
Work hard, cheer loud, have fun, and always be a good teammate.
8. Favorite sports memory (as a player or coach):
My favorite sports memory is when the cheerleaders would play games during our Rallyโs.
9. What is your biggest goal for this season?
To help every athlete leave the season more confident than when they started and create a team that feels like family.
10. What do you enjoy doing outside of coaching?
Spending time with family, being outdoors, and finding new adventures.
11. Favorite professional or college team:
Cowboys
12. Favorite athlete growing up:
Simone Biles, her confidence, hard work, and showing me that being strong is powerful.
13. One fun or interesting fact about you:
Iโm also working toward becoming a teacherโฆ so apparently I really love organized chaos ๐
14. Advice for young athletes:
Believe in yourself, try your best, and donโt compare your progress to anyone elseโs.
15. Message to your players and families this season:
Iโm so excited to spend this season with all of you! My goal is to create a fun, positive environment where every athlete feels included, supported, and proud of themselves. Thank you for trusting me with your kiddosโletโs make memories and have an amazing season. Go Falcons! โค๏ธ๐๐ค
