What a Day on the Gridiron! 🏈💙
Let’s talk about 8U today, because these boys have come SO FAR! They walked onto that field as very young athletes, surrounded by a phenomenal high school coach and an amazing coaching crew—and watching their growth has been incredible. And if you haven’t noticed, the music they carry around with them is there for one reason: to HYPE these boys up! And that’s exactly what they need! 🔥
10U came out and SMASHED it! This team is made up of half new players and half players who went through a championship run in 8U—and you can see that experience and determination coming together on the field. 💪
12U is brand new. A completely new team, learning and growing together, but they gave it their ALL on every single play. That fight and determination is exactly what we love to see! 💙.
And then there’s 14U… They absolutely KILLED IT on the gridiron! 🔥🏈 The heart, physicality, and effort these boys brought today was something to be proud of!

And we cannot forget our AMAZING cheerleaders! 📣💙🩶
These girls bring the ENERGY, the spirit, and the heart to every game! They have worked so hard, grown so much, and continue to show up with confidence, smiles, and determination. Watching them support our athletes, encourage their teams, and bring that extra spark to the field is something special.
Our cheerleaders aren’t just on the sidelines—they are a HUGE part of what makes Central Valley Youth Falcons so special. 💙🩶🤍
We are so proud of every single one of you! Keep shining, keep cheering, and keep being the incredible young ladies you are! 📣✨

To all of our parents: PLEASE know how much we appreciate you. We know it isn’t always easy to get to practice. We know the time, commitment, financial contributions, long drives, early mornings, late nights, and everything in between can be HARD.
But we want you to know something:
YOU are the driving force behind this league.
Every time you bring your child to practice, show up on game day, cheer from the sidelines, help with the team, contribute when you can, or simply tell your athlete, “Get back out there,” you are helping build something bigger than football.
The board is out here because of THESE KIDS. Every decision, every long night, every phone call, every practice, every game—we do it because we believe in them and what this league can mean to them.
We are building more than football players.
We are building confidence. We are building friendships. We are building leaders. We are building memories that these kids will carry with them for years.
Thank you, parents, coaches, volunteers, and most importantly, our athletes.
Today was another reminder of why we do what we do.

🔊 Calling ALL Falcon families. Past, present and hopeful future! CVYF needs YOUR help. Our 14u football team needs to find some more athletes! Not having a rostered team in any division can potentially put all divisions at risk.

If you know an incoming 6-7-8th grader who’s interested in playing, please send them our way! We don’t want financial hardships to stand in the way of someone wanting to play. Bring us your dirty car and let our team of hardworking dads (and their legendary dad bods) work their magic. We can't promise a fashion show, but we can promise plenty of laughs and a sparkling clean vehicle!

🏈📣 Practice Starts Today! 📣🎀

We can’t wait to kick off the season! Practice begins tonight from 6:00 PM–8:30 PM.

A few important reminders:

• Every athlete must have a current sports physical on file before they can participate in practice.
• Please refer to the email sent earlier this week for all required paperwork, practice expectations, and athlete requirements.
• Due to ongoing construction, please avoid the areas around the playgrounds, old bathrooms, and new snack bar. The playgrounds are still under construction and are off-limits. The only bathroom currently available is the one at the south end of the field. 
• For the safety of our athletes, the fenced practice area is for badged staff and athletes only. Parents and spectators must remain outside the fenced area.
• If your athlete attended camp, their conditioning hours have already been documented and will count toward the required 10 hours of conditioning. All athletes must complete 10 conditioning hours before participating in full-contact football or cheer stunting.

We’re excited to see everyone tonight! Please arrive a few minutes early, bring plenty of water, and be ready for a great first practice!
