From hands-on tours of TDM in Providence to a networking social hour, action-packed sessions, and more, there wasn't a dull moment at the Patriot Chapter Summit!

This event was the second of its kind planned by the chapter, and it was an informative and fun experience for professionals from the region and beyond.

Today, ACT joined member Charles River TMA for a visit from Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley to their EZRide fare-free shuttle. Senior Manager of Government Affairs Emma Wasserman attended with local officials and other community organizations in support of the Freedom to Move ACT, which aims to grow fare-free public transportation.

ACT’s Senior Manager of Government Affairs, Emma Wasserman, traveled to DC this week to continue ACT’s advocacy efforts for the next surface transportation reauthorization, advocating for the codification of TDM and other ACT policy priorities.

Meetings were held with various offices, including Sen. Alsobrooks (D-MD), Sen. Gallego (D-AZ), Sen. Sanders (I-VT), and Rep. Gillen (D-NY). Thank you to all who connected with Emma to discuss these important items!

Fall Into the Sea of TDM sure made a splash this week! The Chesapeake Chapter brought practitioners from the region and beyond together for two lively days of TDM learning and networking in DC.

From increasing vanpooling in Virginia to e-bike & e-scooter incentives, accessibility in motion, and more, the agenda was packed with TDM insights and real-world lessons. Between a fun networking reception, awards ceremony, and deep dive rooms, new ideas and connections were everywhere.

Huge congratulations to the chapter on a job well done and a fantastic event!
