Join the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce and United Way of Gloucester County on Tuesday, June 23, for our Annual Day of Action - a day of community service that unites business professionals in support of local nonprofits!

Volunteers will participate in hands-on projects at the Food Bank of South Jersey, including sorting and packing food and assisting with essential operations.

Day of Action is more than volunteering—it’s an opportunity to connect with fellow professionals while driving meaningful, visible change in the community we serve.

Multiple two-hour sessions are available throughout the day, offering flexibility to fit your schedule. Space is limited to 20 volunteers per session, and advance registration is required. Lunch will be served from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m.

We want to wish Team USA the very best of luck in this year's World Cup. As our nation celebrates its 250th anniversary, bringing home the gold would make this milestone year even more memorable.

We would also like to extend our best wishes to the members of the Philadelphia Union who will be representing their respective countries on the world stage. We are excited to cheer on all of the talented athletes competing in this year's tournament and look forward to an incredible competition.

A special shoutout once again to our Annual Meeting keynote speaker, Charlie Slonaker, Chief Financial Officer of the Philadelphia Union, for sharing insights into the exciting opportunities and developments surrounding the World Cup. His presentation gave us a glimpse of what fans, businesses, and our region can look forward to as the tournament unfolds.

This August, we’re taking our Annual Summer BBQ to the ballpark as we come together to enjoy America’s favorite pastime, with a tailgate twist at Citizens Bank Park — home of MLB’s Philadelphia Phillies! ⚾🌭

Get ready for an unforgettable evening packed with everything you love about our Summer BBQ traditions — networking, games, music, great food, and exciting prizes — enhanced by the electric atmosphere of a Phillies game under the lights.

And because it wouldn’t be Summer BBQ season without some friendly competition… this year’s pie-eating contest is getting a ballpark upgrade featuring hot dogs! 🌭🏆

Come hungry, bring your team spirit, and enjoy a night full of fun, laughs, and memories with your fellow Chamber members as the Phillies take on the Washington Nationals.
