Today was fun! Less than a month after launching our flag program, we stepped into the fire and hosted a very talented team right in our backyard!

So proud of our girls for competing and continuing to grow. The sky’s the limit for this group and this program.

Girls flag is one of the fastest-growing sports in the world. Jump on the train and join the movement!

We started with Emory in January and have scaled his development around his seasonal workload strategically building strength, implementing deload periods, and finishing with heavy micro-dosing this summer.

The programming we prescribed for him is accessible to everyone. But the X-factor in his development is his work ethic.

To see him take flight this weekend is a testament to his commitment to the game and his willingness to do what it takes.

The work shows when it’s time to perform.
