Rand the Vampire is bringing a playful costume-building BurlyLab to BurlyCon with Making Balloon Bustles.

In this hands-on class, you’ll learn two different ways to build a simple, disposable bustle that can add movement, personality, and flair to almost any costume. Watch the demonstrations, get hands-on practice, and receive individualized assistance as you experiment with this unexpected costume element.

Come ready to work with your hands—and leave with a new trick for your costume toolbox.

The Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center is directly across from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, so you have two simple options:

🚶 WALK | 5–10 minutes
Follow signs for Link Light Rail/Parking Garage, cross the pedestrian bridge to International Boulevard, and the Hilton is just across the street.

🚌 HILTON SHUTTLE | Complimentary
Follow signs to Ground Transportation, then use the courtesy phone to request the hotel shuttle. You can also call the hotel directly. Shuttles typically arrive within 15 minutes.
