For more than 70 years, The Lighthouse for the Blind, Inc. has manufactured precision aerospace components for the aviation industry. As a Boeing supplier, our team delivers the high-quality machining, metal fabrication, assembly, and advanced manufacturing our customers rely on—all while creating meaningful careers for people who are blind, DeafBlind, or blind with other disabilities.
This year, we're especially proud to celebrate Rachel Tally and John Ott, who recently graduated from the AJAC (Advanced Joint Apprenticeship Committee) Machinist Apprenticeship Program. Their achievement represents years of hard work, technical training, and perseverance, and demonstrates the exceptional talent that powers our manufacturing team every day.
Their success is a reminder that excellence in aerospace manufacturing is built on skill, precision, and opportunity.
