Cure First

Cure First A precise path to healthier and more effective cancer treatments. We're so much closer to a cure than the medical field once thought possible!

Our organization is currently doing groundbreaking research that will revolutionize the way the medical industry treats and cures cancer without the use of chemotherapy or radiation. By utilizing unique functional genomics, robotics instruments, computational tools, and high-throughput screening methods, Cure First can change the world! Our research team is currently conducting research projects o

nnew drug combinations for ovarian cancer and neuroblastoma. We are also focusing on four of the most the aggressive subtypes of cancer - head and neck squamous cell carncinoma, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and triple-negative breast cancer. With success in the clinical trials of treating and curing two of these cancers that previously had no known treatment or therapies, we’re hopeful for what the future has in store! There are plans to expand screening into ovarian and childhood cancer types that are also in the works. We've had significant success thus far in utilizing novel drugs to treat and target carcinomic genomes. Cure First's research and applications have been found that targeting specific carcinomic genomes leads not only to tumor regression in preclinical models, but that health and life of non-carcinoma surrounding cells can simultaneously be improved. We hope that you'll join us on our journey to finding a cure for cancer... You're helping us change the world. Together we can find a cure!

At Cure-First we've spent years developing the PARIS Test. Functional precision medicine has begun transforming oncology by shifting our focus from what tumor genes might do to how patient cells actually respond to therapy in real time. Check out the link below to see the moment where ASCO realizes this technology can't be overlooked any longer!

This month we launched Fight Like Layla, a campaign to create a Pediatric Access Fund so that children with cancer can receive the PARIS® functional precision medicine test.
The campaign is inspired by an unexpected and heartbreaking reality. In recent months, families across the country have reached out to Cure First because their children are battling one of the most devastating pediatric brain tumors: ependymoma.
For these children, surgery is often the only treatment capable of keeping the cancer under control. But a child's brain can only endure so many operations before there are no more options.
Through the PARIS test, we have already identified promising drug candidates for several children. But one little girl's tumor was different. In our standard panel of nearly 50 drugs, only one drug showed activity.
Our team refused to stop looking.
We tested our entire research library of more than 200 drugs. The expanded screen identified three additional drugs targeting the same vulnerable pathway, as well as two targeted drugs—primarily used for thyroid cancer—that act through a second pathway. The test also confirmed sensitivity to the one drug that had previously helped this little girl, giving her physician greater confidence that it could work again.
This was a child believed to have exhausted every option.
These results give us tremendous hope that functional precision medicine can open new treatment possibilities for children facing devastating cancers. Tragically, many families simply cannot afford the testing.
That is why we created Fight Like Layla. Please note, 100% of donations to the Fight Like Layla Pediatric Access Fund go directly toward providing PARIS testing for children with cancer.

With deep appreciation to generous funders, every donation—up to a total of $100,000—will be matched this month. Every dollar you give will be doubled!
