🌿 We’re Hiring: GSI Crew Lead! 🌿

Our Green Jobs team is looking for a Green Stormwater Infrastructure (GSI) Crew Lead to mentor a cohort of young adults (18–25). In this hands-on role, you will lead and train a field crew that maintains green stormwater sites across Seattle, and model professionalism, safety, and skill development.

We’re seeking someone experienced in landscaping/plant care, organized, safety‑minded, and energized by supporting young adults outdoors.

🕒 Temporary, part-time (approx. 9 months)
💵 $30–$34/hr
📍 Seattle field-based
🚗 WA Driver’s License required
🎉 Ideal Start Date: April 1, 2026

💵 SNAP Market Match - visit a participating farmers market or farm stand to receive SNAP Market Match dollars. ⚕️ Fruit & Vegetable Prescription Program - The Washington State Department of Health’s Fruit and Vegetable Prescription (FV Rx) Program works with health care centers in Washington to prescribe fruits and vegetables to patients who are food insecure. Patients receive paper vouchers valued at $250-$500 over six months, redeemable at Safeway stores. Earlier this month, our Digital Bridge team, in partnership with SnoCo Connect, launched an exciting new monthly series focused on providing digital access and training to youth and young adults aged 14-24. Each participant received a brand-new laptop and hotspot, gaining valuable hands-on experience in setup and learning how to navigate Google Drive and its various applications.
