Seattle Farmers Markets In addition, we have been at the forefront of advocating for low income benefits programs to ensure equal food access.

The Neighborhood Farmers Markets are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that operates 7 Farmers Markets in Seattle: U-District, West Seattle, Lake City, Broadway, Columbia City, Magnolia, and Phinney. To meet our mission we provide effective direct sales sites for our region's small farmers, while also educating consumers about local farm products and the importance of supporting and preserving local farmland. Our Good Farmer Fund is an emergency relief program which raises money for Washington state farmers who have dealt with unforeseen challenges such as flooding, drought and wildfire.

It’s a glorious Tuesday to stop by the Capitol Hill Tuesday Farmers Market today from 3-7pm. Thank you to Bailey and Julie from Solid Ground for coming out a few weeks back to demonstrate the yumminess of the market produce and teaching us about the volunteer opportunities available.
