Meet Bernie. 💛 After 38 years as a Registered Nurse, Bernie knows what it means to show up for others, especially when they’re vulnerable or facing a difficult moment.

Today, he brings that same spirit of care to FosterClub, helping to make sure no one has to navigate foster care feeling alone or forgotten.

This is a WIN!

The U.S. Supreme Court said no to a new challenge to the Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA). ICWA stays in place.

ICWA helps Native youth in foster care stay connected to their families, Tribes, and culture.

When ICWA was last at the Supreme Court, 13 Native FosterClub LEx Leaders shared their stories with the Justices. In 2023, the Court upheld the law 7–2. Their voices mattered then, and they still matter today.

We’re proud to stand in support with Native LEx Leaders, Tribal Nations and the ProtectICWA Campaign.
