❤️ A Heartfelt Thank You to Two Amazing Community Supporters! ❤️

This past Sunday, the Schenectady Guyanese community had the pleasure of spending time with two amazing individuals who continually give back to our community and help make Schenectady a better place.

🙏 Kamal Mohamed, owner of 518 collision, wholeheartedly supports the SGCC by providing a monthly donation, volunteering his time, and helping us grow and become a stronger resource for our community. Your generosity and commitment truly mean so much to us!

🥦 Doreen Ditoro, Schenectady City Council Member, generously donated 8 boxes of fresh produce from her network of local sources to families who regularly visit our local food pantry. Over the past several weeks, Doreen has also given her time and support to help our pantry meet the needs of families experiencing food insecurity in the Mont Pleasant area of Schenectady.

Doreen, your dedication to the people of Schenectady is clear. You carry our community in your heart, and we are grateful for your service and the difficult decisions you help make for our city.

To Doreen and Kamal — from all of us at the SGCC, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your love, generosity, time, and continued support. ❤️

We wish you both continued success and hope you continue to reach every peak in your journeys! 🏔️

🌎 Our volunteers are here to help everyone, regardless of nationality or background.

If you know someone who is facing a difficult time or experiencing food insecurity, please send them our way. We are here to help put food on the table and make sure no one in our community has to face these challenges alone.

Together, we can make a difference. ❤️
