Big news in the local paper today!

Huge thank you to Stephanie Castellano and the Savannah Morning News & SavannahNow.com for featuring our massive nursery move!

Transferring 5,000+ trees from SeaPoint to our new permanent home at Bethesda Academy is no small task for our team of six, but every trailer load brings us closer to a bigger, better space for hands-on community workshops, expanded tree giveaways, and our upcoming greenhouse.

We’re working hard to finish the move before planting season kicks off in November!

Halloween and free trees? Name a better duo, we’ll wait.

Garden City is hosting Trick or Trees at 200 Eagles Way on Friday, Oct 23rd, and you definitely don't want to miss it. We're bringing together fall festivities, local food, and a massive green giveaway.

Here is what we have lined up for the night:

400+ Free Trees: Garden City locals can grab a free tree to take home and plant! Just make sure to bring a proof of residency.
Trunk Decorating Battle: Dress up your car trunk in its spookiest setup to compete for bragging rights.
Food & Local Vendors: Eat, drink, and shop local talent.
Music & Costumes: Great tunes and fall vibes running all evening long.

If you’ve walked through Al Bungard Park lately, you might have noticed the 19 new trees we put in the ground last season. They’re still taking root, but down the road, they’re going to give the whole park so much shade and fresh air.

With a new planting season starting up, we’re ready to get back out there and keep the momentum going. If you want to help us put the next batch in the ground, we’d love to have you out with us!
