February 7th. 11:00-4:00, we will be at CHOWDERFEST for our first fundraising event. January is Firefighter Cancer Awareness Month, a time for our fire service community to come together in recognition of the occupational risks faced by firefighters. Firefighter cancer is one of the leading causes of death in the fire service. Firefighters answer the call every day for our community. This month serves as an important reminder of the need to protect and support those who dedicate their lives to protecting others. We encourage our local community, fire service members, and supporters to join us this January in raising awareness and standing in solidarity with our firefighters.
