We had a great time teaming up with P.S. ARTS and Palisades Elementary School for a special lunchtime art break. It was inspiring to see so many friends let their imaginations flow and create in community.

Let sound guide your body to reset, your mind to unwind, and your spirit to recharge. Sound healer & meditation guide Angela Wright leads a restorative sound bath to release tension and bring you back to the present moment. No experience necessary, just come as you are.

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early (we start promptly at 6pm). Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket.

Mosaics Workshop: Broken to Beautiful — a two-part series with Kate Samuels.

Learn the full mosaic process from start to finish — cutting, designing, gluing, and grouting — while creating a 6”x10” wooden board featuring an owl, a symbol of rising from the ashes. No prior art experience needed, just a willingness to cut, place, and see what emerges.

🗓️ Both Saturdays | 12:00–4:00pm

Attendees must attend both sessions to complete the piece — this is a sequential series, not stand-alone drop-ins. All materials provided.

Facilitated by Kate Samuels, a retired teacher and mosaic artist who lost her home and studio in the 2025 Pali Bowl fire. For teens & adults impacted by the fires.

Soundbath for Peaceful Relaxation — a free wellness event with Jess Lakin.

Join us for a calming sound bath where the mind softens, the body unwinds, and the breath naturally slows. Through the resonant vibrations of gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal singing bowls, and chimes, you’ll be guided into a meditative soundscape that supports deep relaxation and reconnection — a gentle pause to restore balance during a time of healing.

For adults & teens (14+) impacted by the fires — no experience necessary. Bring a yoga mat and extra blankets to stay cozy!
