Healing isn’t a straight line. Some days you’ll feel strong. Other days you’ll need rest. Both are part of the journey. 🌱

Give yourself credit for every step forward—especially the small ones. Celebrate your progress, speak to yourself with kindness, and honor the boundaries that protect your peace. ✨

You don’t have to have it all figured out.
You don’t have to be productive every day.
You don’t have to heal on anyone else’s timeline.

Every “no” that honors your well-being makes room for a healthier “yes” in your life. 💚 Setting boundaries, taking breaks, limiting negativity, and choosing environments that support your growth are all acts of self-care.

You don’t have to explain every boundary.
You don’t have to carry every burden.
You don’t have to be available to everyone all the time.

Your peace matters. Your mental health matters. And protecting both is one of the most loving things you can do for yourself. 🌿✨
