Long-term stress and burnout can look similar from the outside, but they're not, and treating them the same way can keep you stuck.

If we don't recognize the difference, it's easy to keep pushing through hoping rest will fix it. But burnout isn't solved by coping harder. It requires something to actually change.

A huge thank you to our 2025-2026 MSW interns! 🌟

They showed up in classrooms, at community events, and in spaces where young people needed someone in their corner. They led trainings, built resources from scratch, and brought creativity and care to every setting they walked into. Together, they served 1,600+ youth this year and counting.

Watching this cohort grow has been one of the best parts of our year. We're so proud of each of them. πŸ’š
