Today, Orange County comes together for Together We Belong Giving Day, celebrating the strength and diversity of our communities and investing in a region where everyone belongs.

At Project Kinship, belonging is not an abstract value. It is the foundation of our work. We support men and women rebuilding their lives after incarceration, young people finding a new path away from gangs and violence, and families healing together. We believe that belonging has to be felt before it can be believed, which is why healing comes first in everything we do.

Real community safety is built by making room for people to come home, to heal, and to belong again. Our reentry programs, healing centered services, and community based approach exist to make that possible across Orange County.

Meet our first 2026 OC Public Safety and Re-entry Conference sponsor: Returning Home Foundation!

Carole Urie, RHF's founder and a longtime friend of Project Kinship, walked straight into our office and hand-delivered a $10,000 check as our Transformation Sponsor. We are so moved by this generosity and can't wait to make this year's conference special and meaningful for our whole community.

Returning Home Foundation works to educate the public about recidivism and support the programs that help formerly incarcerated individuals successfully return home, rom re-entry planning to policy reform to community advocacy.
