Grief is not a destination. There is no timeline, no right way to move through it, and no expectation that you should simply “move on.”

Be gentle with yourself. Hold your memories close. Give yourself grace on the hard days, and trust that love remains even as you learn to carry your loss. 💛

If you or someone you love is navigating grief after a cancer diagnosis or loss, Remember you are not alone. 💙

August is Appendix Cancer Awareness Month. 💛

Appendix cancer is rare and often difficult to detect, which makes awareness and education so important. Symptoms can sometimes be vague or mistaken for other conditions, and many people are diagnosed unexpectedly.

This month, we recognize those living with appendix cancer, honor those we have lost, and stand alongside the families, caregivers, and advocates affected by this disease.

By raising awareness, sharing information, and supporting one another, we can help ensure that no one facing cancer feels alone. 💛

Grief is not something you “get over.”
It’s something you learn to carry. 💜

Some days grief feels heavy. Other days it shows up quietly in a song, a memory, or an empty chair. There is no timeline, no right way, and no perfect words.

Be gentle with yourself and with others. You never know what someone may be carrying behind their smile.
