⚠️ Museum Closure Notice ⚠️

Due to the heat and ongoing maintenance on our HVAC system, the Maritime Museum of Sandusky will be closed today, June 10.

The comfort and safety of our visitors, volunteers, and staff are our top priority while this work is being completed.

Museum Announcement for Wednesday, June 10 🛟

The Maritime Museum of Sandusky will have a delayed opening tomorrow, Wednesday, June 10, to allow for building maintenance and improvements.

We will be open from 12 PM to 4 PM

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we complete this work to help keep the museum in great shape for our visitors!

Our regular summer hours of 10 AM - 4 PM will resume on Thursday, June 11th.

A huge THANK YOU to the group of students and staff of Sandusky Central Catholic School for spending their annual Spring Service Day with us today at the Maritime Museum of Sandusky! ⚓

Thanks to their hard work and helping hands, we were able to accomplish a tremendous amount of cleanup and preparation work around the museum grounds. Their energy, teamwork, and dedication made a big difference, and we are incredibly grateful for their support to our community.
