🎉Congratulations to LEWCO, Inc., LogistiQ, & economic development partners for winning the 2026 GSP Annual Meeting Regional Collaboration Award!

The Regional Collaboration award recognizes a business, organization, or team that values our region as a strategic location for growth and opportunity. This year, LEWCO, Inc., LogistiQ, & partners were recognized for their more than $24 million investment and the creation of 200-plus new jobs across Erie and Ottawa counties.

Partners recognized with the award: the Ottawa County Improvement Corporation, the Regional Growth Partnership Northwest Ohio, Team NEO, the Ohio Department of Development, JobsOhio, Ohio Department of Transportation, and the City of Sandusky .

We visited Toledo this past week to learn more about Ohio’s H2Ohio program alongside Governor Mike DeWine and other state officials.

With both candidates for Ohio governor expressing support for the program, there is much to look forward to its continued impact in the years ahead! 🎉Congratulations to Dennis Shaffer for winning the 2026 GSP Annual Meeting Visionary Leadership Award!

The Visionary Leadership award is given to a leader whose sustained vision, leadership and commitment have made a significant impact on the region. Dennis has recently retired as CEO of Civista Bank and his more than 40 years in banking and the role he played as an early supporter of our organization made him a great fit for this award.
