The Christmas Story Tree includes a 33 foot Christmas tree that is both a lighting marvel and opens up as a stage to still scenes from the story of the Birth of Christ in Bethlehem over 2000 years ago. A choir, that is made up of members many local churches and community members, and an orchestra tell the story through familiar Christmas Hymns and Carols along with a narrator. The Christmas Story
Tree SD non profit organization is responsible for the coordination and production of the Christmas Story Tree each year. All funding is raised by volunteers and used exclusively for sound, lighting, building materials, transportation, storage and many other expenses necessary for the success of the event. Come join our outreach to our community of Greater San Diego. You can be involved in drama, singing, building, security, tear down and praying.
