Heintz Preschool at Congregation Agudas Achim in San Antonio with before and aftercare options available. We accept children ages 6 weeks to five years old.

The core preschool hours are 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. Our curriculum is designed to meet the developmental, social and academic needs of each child. For our oldest students, we offer a PreK curriculum that develops a sound foundation and nurtures the whole child. Experienced and/or certified teachers are in every classroom, and student/teacher ratios are kept at a minimum. Specialty classes are included in every school day: Hebrew, Yoga, Music, Movement, Motor Skills, Art, Spanish, and Library. The beginning and end of every week are particularly special at Heintz Preschool. We celebrate Shabbat weekly and learn about the Jewish holidays as they come up throughout the year. Monday morning our amazing teachers enjoyed a waffle and parfait bar filled with sweet toppings and tasty treats, followed by a fun “Salty & Spicy” snack day to keep the celebrations going! the party will continue with more surprises 🌶️🥨
