🍂🎃 **FALL Y’ALL!!! IT’S WREATH-MAKING TIME!** 🎃🍂

There’s just something about fall that makes everything feel a little more cozy, a little more fun, and a WHOLE lot more creative! 🧡🍁

Our girls had the BEST time with one of our amazing volunteers who came out and showed them how to make these beautiful **fall door wreaths!** 🍂🌻🎀

There was plenty of creativity, laughter, and fun happening around the table! 🥰😂 The girls had such a great time and are already asking, **“When can we do this again?”** 🙌🏼

We are SO thankful for volunteers who take time out of their busy schedules to come alongside our girls, teach them something new, encourage them, and simply spend time with them. ❤️

✨ **A Weekend Full of Surprises, Memories & Sisterhood!** ✨

Mama C had another surprise up her sleeve for the women—a weekend trip to Dallas to attend **Social Girls One Day!** 💕

For some of us, this was our second time attending, while for a few of our girls, it was their very first time. What a blessing it was to experience it together!

We enjoyed some quiet time at the hotel, swimming, playing games, sharing meals, and just getting to relax and enjoy one another. 🏊‍♀️🎲🍽️ There is something so special about simply being together and making memories!

And then came the conference! 🙌 What an amazing day of worship, encouragement, laughter, and being reminded of who we are in Christ. It was such a blessing to watch our women and girls take it all in and enjoy this special time together.

We also got up early Sunday morning and enjoyed service with them before heading home. ⛪️❤️

But our weekend wasn't quite over yet! On our way home, we got to make a **surprise visit to one of our former participants who has launched out and is doing SO well!** 🥹❤️ It was such a blessing to see her, catch up, and see how God is continuing to work in her life. These are the moments that remind us why we do what we do. Watching these women grow, step out, and build a new life is one of the greatest blessings!

What a beautiful way to end an already incredible weekend! 💕

We are so thankful for every opportunity God gives us to make memories, build relationships, encourage one another, and watch Him work in the lives of these women and children.

☀️🌸 **SUMMER SHENANIGANS AT FRESH START!** 🌸☀️

What a summer it has been at Fresh Start! We wanted to take a moment to look back at all the fun, laughter, serving, and memory-making God blessed us with this summer. ❤️

We kicked off our summer by volunteering with **Immanuel Baptist Church for VBS!** We absolutely LOVE being able to serve alongside others and pour into our community. This year’s theme was **“Jesus, Light of the World” — John 8:12.** What a beautiful reminder that we are called to let His light shine wherever He sends us! ✨

Then came something very special… **VACATION!** 🏡🌊☀️

Through a fundraiser and the generosity of so many people who believe in what God is doing at Fresh Start, we were able to take our women and their children away for a few days to simply enjoy one another and make memories.

And let’s just say… **Mama C loves to plan everything and tell nobody! 😂** She had a surprise up her sleeve, and what a wonderful surprise it was!

We spent a few days in an Airbnb in the beautiful Hill Country. There was lots of time in the water, lots of food around the table, lots of laughter, and lots of memories made together. ❤️

We also got to attend a **REAL baseball game! ⚾️** For some of our women, this was a first—and getting to watch their excitement as they experienced something new was priceless!

July brought even more fun when we got to enjoy the **POP concert! 🎶** We also had a few of our ladies get to go **camping**, and WOW… what an experience! ⛺️😂 Definitely some stories to tell!

And one of our amazing volunteers opened up her home to us for an afternoon of **swimming and boat riding**, ending the day with delicious **Coke floats! 🚤🏊‍♀️🥤**

These may seem like simple things, but for some of our women and children, they were **firsts.** They were opportunities to experience joy, try something new, laugh together, and create memories that they will carry with them for years to come.

Summer at Fresh Start has reminded us that recovery isn't just about the hard days. It's also about learning how to **laugh again, serve others, try new things, build healthy relationships, experience life, and make memories with our children and our Fresh Start family.** ❤️

We truly cannot say **THANK YOU enough** to everyone who helped make this summer possible.

To everyone who donated, bought fundraiser tickets, volunteered their time, opened their homes, invited us to events, provided opportunities for our women and children, prayed for us, and supported Fresh Start in so many different ways—**THANK YOU!** ❤️

Because of YOU, our women and their children were able to experience things they may have never experienced before. Because of YOU, they got to laugh, play, explore, serve, and simply enjoy being together.

Your generosity didn't just provide activities. **You helped create memories. You helped create moments of joy. You helped remind these women and children that they are loved, valued, and worth investing in.**

We are so incredibly grateful for every person who continues to pour into Fresh Start and believe in what God is doing here. We couldn't do this without our amazing community of supporters, volunteers, churches, and friends.

**We are watching God do something beautiful in the lives of these women and their children—and we are so thankful that we get to be a small part of it.** 🙏✨

God Is Making Room for New Beginnings! 🙌❤️
We are so incredibly grateful for what God is doing at Fresh Start Ministries! Today, we are celebrating a beautiful new addition to our property—a brand-new parking lot! 🚗✨
What may look like “just a parking lot” to some means so much more to us. It is another reminder that God is providing, making a way, and continuing to build something that will impact women and their children for generations to come.
We want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who continues to pour into Fresh Start Ministries through your prayers, giving, encouragement, time, and support. We could not do what we do without the people God has placed alongside this ministry. ❤️
Because of your generosity, we are able to continue providing women with a Fresh Start—helping them grow, heal, discover their identity in Christ, and build a new future for themselves and their children.
