Confirmation!
It’s time to rebuild the altars, because there is fresh fire falling in this hour.
There is a holy flame being released upon the Ekklesia.
This is not the fire of hype.
This is not the fire of emotionalism.
This is not the fire of human ambition.
This is revival fire.
It is the fire of the old paths.
The fire that burned in prayer meetings.
The fire that caused men and women to seek God until they encountered Him.
The fire that made holiness desirable and sin unbearable.
The fire that caused people to tarry in His presence.
The fire that made the presence of God more valuable than the platform.
The Lord is breathing upon the embers.
What looked like ashes are beginning to glow.
What looked dead is beginning to burn.
What looked forgotten is being remembered.
And I hear the Lord saying, “build Me an altar, and I will send the fire.”
Because heaven is looking for a people who will not just ask for revival, but who will become an altar upon which revival can burn.
And when the fire falls, something is going to be consumed.
Not just sin.
Not just compromise.
Everything we have held back will be laid down.
Every condition.
Every reservation.
Every hidden ambition.
Every desire to be seen.
Every need for recognition.
The fire is coming for it all.
Because when the fire burns hot enough, you cannot remain untouched.
The altar will demand everything.
God is raising a Church that doesn't just want the fire of God in the room, she wants the fire of God in her bones.
There is a burning coming back to the Church.
A holy burning.
A burning that will not allow us to remain casual about what God calls holy.
A burning that will not allow us to be satisfied with yesterday's encounter.
So let the altar be rebuilt.
Let the sacrifice be laid down.
Let the worship rise.
Let the prayers ascend.
Let repentance return.
Let consecration return.
Let hunger return.
Let the fire fall again.
And when the fire comes, we won't run from what it consumes.
We will surrender to it.
Because the fire is not coming to destroy us.
The fire is coming to destroy everything in us that keeps us from being completely His.
There is fresh fire burning on the altar, and this time, we are not putting it out.
