Just a reminder that this Friday is the first friday of the month!!!! That means it's Brotherhood/Sisterhood Game Night at the Union Hall. So come hang out, let loose and just enjoy your friday with food, drink, and solidarity. Starts at 5:30pm and ends when we go home.

So sorry to hear about the loss of a Brother out of Local 716. Our hearts and prayers are with the family and every Brother and Sister in 716, we are truly sorry for your loss.

Brothers and sisters,

It is with a heavy heart that I share the heartbreaking news that we have lost one of our IBEW brothers in an on-the-job accident.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family, loved ones, coworkers, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. No family should ever have to receive a phone call like this, and no brother or sister should leave for work and not make it home.

Today, please keep his family close in your thoughts and prayers. Let this also be a reminder of the responsibility we all carry every time we step onto a jobsite: watch out for one another, speak up when something isn’t right, and make sure our brothers and sisters get home safely.

We are a union family. When one of us is hurting, all of us are hurting.

Rest in peace, Brother. You will not be forgotten.
