Cindy shows up every day for something bigger than a job—it’s the people. At Fresh Start, she’s not just clocking in, she’s stepping into a space where every smile matters, every small win feels huge, and every individual deserves to feel seen, valued, and celebrated.

She goes to work because she knows the impact of a kind word, a patient moment, or simply being present. She’s there for the laughter in the room, the progress that others might overlook, and the bonds that turn into something like family. Working with individuals with IDD isn’t always easy, but for Cindy, it’s always worth it.

Her “why” is simple but powerful: she believes in them. She believes in their abilities, their growth, and their joy. And knowing she gets to be even a small part of that journey—that’s what gets her up and going every single day.
