Got a project that’s been sitting unfinished for way too long?

Maybe you started it six months ago. Maybe it only needs “one more thing.” Maybe you bought all the parts and never even opened the box.

Saturday is your day to FINISH IT.

Bring your unfinished project to Delmarva Makerspace and spend the day making some progress. Use the space, work alongside other makers, get a second set of eyes on a problem, or finally knock that project off your list.

Woodworking, electronics, 3D printing, sewing, cosplay, crafts, repairs, and more, if you’ve been putting it off, bring it in.

Want one of these for Halloween?

Our Cedar Jack-O’-Lanterns start with a simple cedar fence picket and are made right here at Delmarva Makerspace.

Choose your Jack-O’-Lantern face and choose how you want to get yours:

DIY Pre-Cut Kit — $25
We'll cut the cedar pieces and CNC carve your chosen face. You assemble it yourself. Includes the removable lid and handle, illustrated instructions, and battery-powered LED light.

Fully Assembled — $35
Choose your face and we'll cut, carve, and assemble it for you. Your finished lantern includes the removable lid and handle plus a battery-powered LED light, ready to light up for Halloween.

Want to make it yourself at the Makerspace?

Join us for our Cedar Jack-O’-Lantern Make & Take on Saturday, September 26. You'll start with a cedar fence picket, measure and cut your pieces, choose a face, watch it carved on the CNC router, and assemble your lantern using pneumatic tools.

Workshop: $40 members / $45 public

Thursday nights are for cosplay and costuming at Delmarva Makerspace!

Bring your current costume, cosplay, prop, armor, or other project and spend the evening working alongside other makers. Whether you're sewing, building props, 3D printing parts, making armor, or figuring out how to turn an idea into something real, Thursday night is a chance to work, share ideas, and learn from each other.

Thursdays, 6 PM - 9 PM

Members can use the Makerspace and equipment they're trained on as part of their membership. Not a member yet? Stop in, meet some of the makers, see what we're working on, and learn how you can get involved.

No particular skill level or type of costume required. Bring a project, an idea, or just your curiosity.
