H.O.P.E. is proud to be a Recovery Friendly Workplace!
We are excited to celebrate our Executive Director, Debra Rossi for pursuing this designation and taking another meaningful step toward ensuring H.O.P.E. is a place where compassion, dignity, support, and recovery are always welcomed.
Through Maryland’s Recovery Friendly Workplace Initiative, our team is committing to continued education and training through the Center for Injury and Violence Prevention at the Maryland Department of Health, strengthening our ability to support employees and the community members we serve who have been impacted by substance use.
For H.O.P.E., this designation is about more than a title. It reflects our commitment to reducing stigma, supporting recovery, and creating an environment where people feel safe asking for help and connecting to resources.
Recovery is possible. Support matters. And everyone deserves a place where they are met with hope.
