🏆 Red carpet recognition for Aston Park, Trinity Glen, and Trinity Village!

All three LSC communities received the prestigious Silver Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and were recognized during the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living Annual Convention & Expo in Boston.

The convention brought together more than 4,000 attendees, including long-term and post-acute care providers, assisted living leaders, and industry vendors, for education and networking.

Representing their communities on the red carpet were Aston Park Health Care Center, Inc. Administrator Marsha McClure, Trinity Glen - A Senior Care Community Administrator Logan Wilmouth, and Trinity Village - A Senior Care Community Administrator Kendra Hendren.

Only 171 out of more than 14,000 communities nationwide received this honor, including just seven in North Carolina!

Congratulations to these outstanding communities, their administrators, and their teams on this incredible achievement! 🎉👏

LSC Chief Development Officer Heidi Rixman and Director of Development Emily Dubay attended the Development Symposium hosted by LeadingAge North Carolina & LeadingAge South Carolina. The event was held at Still Hopes Episcopal Retirement Community in West Columbia, South Carolina.

The Development Symposium Carolinas brings together fundraising professionals and nonprofit leaders from across the Carolinas to connect, exchange ideas, and explore current trends, proven strategies, innovative practices, and collaborative opportunities in development.

LSC President and CEO Ted Goins was happy to help lead the conversation at last week's Power in Partnership Breakfast hosted by the Rowan County Chamber of Commerce breakfast at Trinity Oaks - A Senior Living Community!

Ted joined Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond President and CEO Tom Barkin and Salisbury Academy graduate Baxter Helig for a conversation about the economy and its impact on our business community.

LSC Foster Care teammate Genevieve Traversy was proud to be the featured speaker at the State of Foster Care Symposium held at SouthPark Church in Charlotte last week. The symposium brings together community stakeholders, child welfare professionals, foster and adoptive families to provide resources for foster parents as well as necessary conversations about the realities of foster care.

Traversy said it was an honor to share her story and connect with amazing foster care advocates.
