Soroptimist International Of Salisbury MD Soroptimist International is a global volunteer network in 130 countries and territories who work to improve the lives of women and girls.

All the money raised by Soroptimist of Salisbury goes back into our local community. Soroptimist International is an organization for business and professional women who provide volunteer service to their communities home and abroad. Founded in 1921, we now have 100,000 Soroptimists in about 120 countries and territories contributing time and financial support to community based and international

projects. The name Soroptimist means "best for women," and that's what the organization strives to achieve. Soroptimists are women at their best working to help other women to be their best. We share our time, talents and financial resources to enrich our communities. All business and professional women are invited to join.

We hosted our Soroptimist International Of Salisbury MD awards banquet on Wednesday night, and we appreciate the support of all who attended to celebrate our scholarship and community service award winners. We thank Dove Pointe for providing the venue and Billie's Catering for the excellent food. We are also grateful to Shawna Kearsley for her engaging keynote speech, which motivated the audience. We extend our gratitude to everyone who attended the Soroptimist of Salisbury's BINGO! For those who were unable to attend this year, please know you were missed. We hope to see you soon.
