Rooted in love, structure, and opportunity, Epoch empowers kids to dream bigger. At the end of each day, we share a family-style dinner together.

The Epoch Dream Center is a free after school program that provides under-resourced children with support through academic tutoring, mentoring, and essential care. Our staff, mentors, and volunteers provide a fun, loving, and structured environment so children can excel toward their potential. Our volunteers and mentors assist with homework, reading skills, team building, and offer a variety of extra-curricular activities. Through their attendance at Epoch, children learn the value of hard work and the importance of making wise decisions.

A big thank-you to our October food sponsor: Vernon Powell!

Every month, a different business or individual supplies our kids with nightly home-cooked meals, served family style. Dinner is essential to our program, as it offers an opportunity for connection and community around the table. The proper nutrition gives our students the energy needed to learn, play, and grow!

If you or your business would like to become a monthly sponsor, visit the "Get Involved" page on our website, www.epochdreamcenter.com today!

The Sweet Potato History: Sam Edition

Meet Sam! Sam’s family was always heavily involved in Sweet Potato Days, so he started volunteering at the age of seven. He worked the mixer, making the dough to be rolled out and cut into biscuits. Sam’s fondest memories of Sweet Potato Days come from working alongside his role models: his dad and his grandfather.
