Our hearts are filled with gratitude for all who showed up in support of our Food & Wellness Program...guests AND volunteers. We hope everyone enjoyed the evening of food, music, auction, and most importantly, community...the lifeblood of our program. Thank you for your presence and generosity!

A lot of folks been asking the menu for tonight's fundraiser dinner at the commons. While we'd rather surprise you, here's a selection of tonight's special ingredients from our local soil steward partners. Poblano peppers from Twin Organics, grey kabocha squash and carrots from Featherstone Farm, sweet scarlet turnips from Harmony Valley Farm and shiitake mushrooms from R & R Cultivation .

We are excited to be in community with you. See you tonight.

Round 2 at the commons. The team has another banger nourishing meal for you on this fine October evening. Have you met Tom? Tom is here most Tuesday and Thursday nights serving his community. Tom exemplifies the values of the commons with grace and ease. We appreciate his consistency and committed towards our collective communal future.

Oh and if you have a cooking project this week we have a boatload of local sweet onions for ya to start with.

Three times a week we gather as a community and buy food together and share a meal in solidarity. We do this because in caring for each other, we are all better and stronger no matter our perceived differences.

Come join us and say hi to Sue who's been here showing us the way for 20 years.
