Spectrum is looking for Board Members! Applications will open on the 29th of January and end on the 27th of February! Down below is a description of each role:
> Vice president: Second in command, mainly a support role to all other positions on the board and to our general members. Also responsible for hosting general meetings and planning events. There are weekly meetings with the President to set agendas for executive board meetings but also serve as public office hours.
> Social Media Coordinator: The coordinator for all social media (Instagram/posts/sharing events) for the org. Make sure org has a presence on campus. This role is inherently part of all event planning due to the advertising aspect. This role will work a lot with the Print Media Coordinator to ensure posters/posts look similar and have correct times, dates and locations.
> Print Media Coordinator: The coordinator for all physical media (posters/flyers) for the org. Make sure org has a presence on campus. This role is inherently part of all event planning due to the advertising aspect. This role will work a lot with the Social Media Coordinator to ensure posters/posts look similar and have correct times, dates and locations.
> MA Rep: Represents Spectrum at Multicultural Alliance meetings, reports back to the org as well as delivers information to and participates in MA meetings. Participating in event planning is required as well.
> HUSC Rep: Represents Spectrum at HUSC meetings, reports back to the org as well as delivers information to and participates in HUSC meetings. Participating in event planning is required as well.
> Collaborative Liaison: Facilitates collaborations between Spectrum and other orgs, working closely with other board members to do so. Will always be on event planning teams when they are collaboration events.
