🏘️🌳First Look at Plans for the Les Bolstad Golf Course Property

👉 Neighbors interested in the future of the Les Bolstad Golf Course property are invited to watch a public meeting this Wednesday evening.

ℹ️ The University of Minnesota has selected Rachel Development as the master developer for the approximately 140-acre site. On Wednesday, Rachel Development will present one of its preliminary redevelopment concepts to the Falcon Heights City Council and the Les Bolstad Golf Course Community Advisory Committee.

This will be the first time the City Council and Community Advisory Committee see the developer’s concept. It is not a finalized plan or formal development application. It is an early starting point that will be reviewed and refined through the public planning process.

The future of this large site will matter to St. Anthony Park and surrounding neighborhoods, with potential implications for housing, commercial uses, green space, trees, trails, stormwater management, transportation connections, and more.

🧘🌳Thank you, Neighbors! We had a beautiful morning for ‘Yoga in the Park’ at College Park!

🙌 A big thank you to everyone who came out to stretch, breathe, and start the weekend together in the Lower Green Space - and thank you to our friends from Carpe Diem Studio for helping make the morning so welcoming.

It was wonderful to see neighbors gathered in the sunshine and enjoying one of our shared community spaces.

👉Thanks again to everyone who joined us. We’re excited to keep creating simple, joyful ways for neighbors to connect in St. Anthony Park.
