📢🖼️ We’re at the Saint Anthony Park Arts Festival today!

Stop by the SAPCC booth on the Great Lawn - meet your neighbors and learn about what’s happening in ‘District 12’, and find out how you can get involved in shaping the future of our community.

👉The Arts Festival is celebrating its 57th year and features more than 65 artists, live music, food vendors, family activities, the SAPBLA Book Sale, and much more. It’s a beautiful day to be out in St. Anthony Park!

📢⚕️BIG changes are coming to the Como Clinic site in St. Anthony Park.

Join HealthPartners for a community open house to learn more about plans for the all-new HealthPartners Como Clinic, expected to replace the longtime clinic site along Como Avenue.

👉 The new facility is planned to include expanded medical services, updated care spaces, and a new multi-level parking structure as part of the redevelopment project.

👉Ramsey County, Master Gardeners are hosting their annual plant sale on Saturday, May 16, from 9AM to 2PM at Aldrich Arena, 1850 White Bear Ave, Maplewood.

🌻💐The sale includes a large selection of native plants, vegetables, favorite and unique varieties of tomatoes, herbs, annual and perennial flowers, houseplants, quality garden gloves, and other great items to get your garden growing strong.

Starting in April, the entire length of Highway 280 — between Interstate 94 in St. Paul and Highway 36/Interstate 35W in Roseville — will close for a major construction project.

Saint Paul Declares a Snow Emergency on Sunday, March 15

The City has declared a Snow Emergency today to begin tomorrow, Sunday, March 15 at 9 p.m. This snow emergency is being declared a day early in anticipation of heavy snowfall and winds that will start this evening and continue through Sunday evening.

Additional Preparations for Weekend Snowstorm

Free overnight parking will be available to residents at the Block 19 Ramp (145 East 7th St.) starting today, Saturday, March 14 at 5 p.m. and must exit no later than Monday, March 16 at 5 p.m.

Garbage and recycling collection is cancelled for Monday, March 16. Do not put any garbage or recycling carts out for Monday. If you have Monday or Tuesday collection, put your carts out by 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday. Wednesday through Friday collection days should put their carts out on their regular collection day. For more information about the collection schedule for this week, visit www.stpaul.gov/garbage

With the significant snow totals of wet and heavy snow, the city's plowing effort will take longer than normal. Night Plow Routes may not be completed until later on Monday morning and then Day Plow Routes could start later and/or completion of all routes would happen by late evening on Monday.

Snow Emergency parking rules will begin on Sunday (3/15/2026) at 9 p.m. Move your vehicles off downtown streets or any street marked “Night Plow Route” or “Night Plow Route This Side of Street” before 9 p.m. to avoid a ticket and tow.

Monday (3/15/2026), crews will plow “Day Plow Routes.” beginning at 8 a.m. Day Plow Routes do not have signs. Always follow all posted street signs. Do not park vehicles where signs indicate "No Parking." To avoid a ticket or tow, do not park in areas where streets are not plowed to the curb.

A Snow Emergency lasts 96 hours, or until Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 9 p.m.

Volunteers of all ages will gather to remove litter and debris from the Kasota Ponds wetlands, an important habitat for turtles, migratory birds, fish, pollinators, and other wildlife. Over the years, community volunteers have removed more than 2,200 pounds of trash and recyclables, helping improve water quality and habitat health.

This year’s event will also highlight upcoming buckthorn removal and native restoration efforts, supported by a grant from the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization.

Gloves, safety vests, and trash bags will be provided. Please dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes.
