Steve Krutsch is GBA’s Coach of the Year for his years of dedication, leadership, and commitment to the Geneva baseball community. His sons have been involved with GBA for a collective 8+ years, participating in both in-house and travel baseball. Steve has given back to the program by coaching since 2018, which includes seven years as a head coach of in-house teams. He also served as an assistant coach for the 9U–11U travel teams and the 14U IHTT team with his older son before becoming the head coach of the 12U Blue travel team with his younger son. He currently leads the 13U Blue team, continuing to share his knowledge, develop players, and help young athletes grow both on and off the field. Steve’s consistent involvement, willingness to take on new challenges, and passion for the game demonstrate his commitment not only to his own sons but to the entire GBA program and its players. Congratulations Steve!
