Recreation Programming Coming Up!
Birding Bonanza -Sunday 5/31 10am at Hard'ack - Participants will be part of a focused walk to study different types of nests, feathers, and to observe different birds in their habitats. Learn the basics to visually identify species of birds and recognize songs and vocalizations. Guide: Paul Smith $15 St. Albans Res, $20 non-res.

Mom's Night Out! - Charcuterie Class - Thursday, June 4, 7pm at Greg Brown Lodge at Hard'ack. Enjoy an evening out and a tasty Charcuterie Spread while creating your own Charcuterie Tray to bring home. Bring a friend and your favorite wine or beverage to enjoy while you create! Presented by The Clean Spoon.

Aqua Fitness Classes - Tues & Thurs 9am w/Cindy, Sat 11am w/ Elle & BJ at Hard'ack Pool. Refreshing, low impact exercise! Fun classes, come join us!

Nature's Kitchen - Sunday, June 7 11-1pm at Hard'ack. Learn about and sample many common edible and medicinal plants that can be found in all habitats. Included will be an activity to make dyes, baskets, cord or other items from plants. Guide: Paul Brown $15 St. Albans Res, $20 all others.

Swing Dance Sunday June 7 1pm at St. Albans City Hall - Learn (or re-learn) the basics of 6 count Swing Dance. You'll start with basic steps and moving between easy dance holds. No partner necessary. Instructor: Kevin Laddison $15 for St. Albans Residents, $25 non-residents.

USRPT Summer Tune-Up for Swimmers - Tues & Thurs 6/2-6/18 for ages 10 and under, $59 for St. A residents, $79 all others Mon/Wed/Fri for ages 10+ 6/1-6/19 $99 for St. A residents, $129 for all others 5-6pm at Hard'ack Pool. Get ready for swim team - for all swimmers - new and returning. Coach: Tom Koldys

American Red Cross Lifeguard Training - (and renewal) Training starts 6/8-6/12 4-8pm and Sat 6/13 8-10am at Hard'ack Pool $340 for St. Albans Res, $425 non/res. Certificate Renewal - 6/15 & 6/16 4-8pm at Hard'ack Pool $185 for St. A residents, $240 non/res. Be a lifeguard! Instructor: Isaac Bashaw
