Sometimes the best way to find out what’s going on is to get out there and ask! 🙌

That's exactly what this team at the Capitol Hill Medical Center in Washington, D.C. did. They spent the day rounding together, checking in on UBTs, helping answer questions, and encouraging people to elevate issues where they needed support.

No Trader Joe’s trip needed for these mini tote bags! 🧡 Labor and management partners at Woodland Hills brought the buzz to the EHS Clinic by kicking off flu season with a limited-edition tote bag giveaway.

And it worked! 150 employees and physicians got vaccinated in the first two days 👏
