Community Support Initiative (CSI) is currently seeking a licensed clinician who is actively enrolled in Fee-for-Service Medi-Cal (PAVE) to join our board.
We are a community-based nonprofit serving individuals experiencing homelessness, justice-involved populations, and families in need of behavioral health and housing support services.
✨ What We’re Looking For:
• Licensed clinician (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Psychologist)
• Must be actively enrolled in Medi-Cal FFS (PAVE)
• Experience with high-acuity populations preferred
• Passion for community work and making a real impact

We will be interviewing for the following roles:
✅ Housing Navigators
✅ Enhanced Care Managers (LCM)
✅ Day Habilitation Specialists
✅ Community Health Workers
✅ Intake Coordinator
✅ CalAIM Director

We are incredibly grateful to have been able to give back not once, but twice by donating food to Young Men with Choices (YOP) to help celebrate meaningful milestones for these young men.
It is truly an honor to collaborate with the founder of Young Men with Choices, dedicated California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) staff, and leadership at California State Prison, Solano.

Community Support Initiative was born from lived experience, witnessing firsthand the challenges facing our communities and turning that understanding into action.

Today, CSI provides wraparound support to individuals and families navigating homelessness, reentry after incarceration, poverty, and life instability. Through compassionate case management, housing support, and human-centered services, we are restoring hope one person at a time.

Our vision? Stronger communities where everyone has access to safe housing, equal opportunity, and the transformational support that leads to independence, purpose, and restored dignity.

🎉Celebrating Young Men with Choices at CDCR Solano State Prison

🎓Graduation August 14th, 2025

Yesterday was a day of joy, gratitude, and hope. Community Support Initiative had the honor of assisting Young Men with Choices at CDCR Solano State Prison by donating 32 pizzas, 100 cupcakes, and 100 sodas to celebrate the graduation of these young men.

For many, this graduation was not just a milestone, it was a new beginning. Some of these young men may never have experienced a
celebration of their accomplishments before. To see their faces light up with joy over something as simple as sharing pizza and cupcakes reminded us that it’s often the little things that mean the most.

This moment was about more than food. It was about recognition, dignity, and encouragement. It was about saying: Your hard work matters. Your progress matters. You matter.

Thanks to the generous support of our
Founders, we were able to make this celebration possible, and we are committed to
doing more.

We look forward to donating again in the
future and continuing to support the vision of
Young Men with Choices founder Earl Harris, whose dedication has built a program that is making a real difference in the lives of these young men.

At Community Support Initiative, we believe
in the power of second chances, in recognizing
progress, and in providing support where it’s needed most. Yesterday was a reminder that when we show up, even in small ways, we can bring light, joy, and hope into someone’s life.
