Join us this fall for the Multiversary Tour, featuring special screenings of MARCH ON, Grambling State University’s new documentary, select short films, post-screening conversations, and opportunities to connect with the GramFam across the country.

This milestone year celebrates 125 years of academic excellence, 100 years of Tiger Athletics, and 100 years of the World Famed Tiger Marching Band.

💙✊🏾 UNITED FOR PEACE. UNITED FOR OUR COMMUNITY. ✊🏾💙

Today, the NAACP Lincoln Parish Branch proudly partnered with Unity and PRBC Brotherhood for a powerful Community March Against Neighborhood Violence right here in Ruston.

🚶🏾‍♀️🚶🏾‍♂️ We marched together from Mayfield Park to Duncan Park, sending a clear message: violence does not define our neighborhoods—UNITY, LOVE, and COMMUNITY do.

Our day was filled with dynamic guest speakers, meaningful conversations, fellowship, and free food and refreshments for the community. Most importantly, we came together to remind our neighbors that creating safer communities is a responsibility we all share.

When we stand together, speak up, and show up, we can make a difference. 💙

Thank you to everyone who walked with us, supported this effort, shared their voice, and continues to believe in the power of community.

Together, we can break the cycle of violence and build neighborhoods where our children can thrive. 🫶🏾

Join us for DART's 2026 Collaboration Is the Key Conference on Thursday, August 20, 2026, at the Ruston Civic Center.

We are honored to welcome nationally recognized domestic violence trainer and retired Nashville Police Lieutenant Mark Wynn and Judge Bruce Hampton of Louisiana's 3rd Judicial District as this year's featured presenters.

This one-day training will bring together law enforcement, judges, attorneys, prosecutors, social workers, counselors, victim advocates, domestic violence advocates, and other professionals to network and learn about current domestic and dating violence issues. Sessions will cover updates to Louisiana law and the dynamics of domestic violence.

We’ve been quiet since the tournament, but we’ve been busy!

The tournament was only the beginning.

We’ve been working behind the scenes to build something that we believe can have a lasting impact on young men in our communities.

Today, we are officially launching The Forever CDW Foundation MENtorship Initiative.

Building Men. Building Purpose. Building Community.

We are looking for men who are willing to show up, listen, encourage, guide, challenge, and invest in the life of a young man.

We aren’t looking for perfect men. We’re looking for present men.

Men who have walked through life and learned lessons they’re willing to share.

Men who understand that sometimes a young man doesn’t need another lecture - he needs someone who will listen.

Men who will help a young man see possibilities for his future that he may not yet see for himself.

Whether you are a father, grandfather, coach, educator, business owner, entrepreneur, pastor, community leader, professional, or simply a man who believes in the next generation - we need you.

This is bigger than mentorship.

It’s about relationships.
It’s about accountability.
It’s about purpose.
It’s about giving young men positive examples of what manhood can look like.
