💙💛 Congratulations to our youth on a job well done!

The Lincoln Parish Branch of the NAACP proudly congratulates our Youth Council on their participation in today’s Second Annual National Night Out, hosted by Zion Traveler Baptist Church and the Lincoln Parish Sheriff’s Office!

From sharing information about the Youth Council to welcoming visitors with coloring sheets, stickers, treats, and ice water—and raffling off a free youth membership—our young people represented us with enthusiasm and purpose.

Thank you for connecting with our community and showing what youth leadership looks like in action. We are proud of you! 👏🏾💙💛

**SCHOLARSHIP OPPORTUNITY — APPLICATIONS NOW OPEN!

The Lincoln Parish Branch NAACP is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for our **Freedom Fund Scholarship!**

We encourage our local **high schools, churches, community organizations, parents, and families** to help us spread the word to eligible 2026 graduates of Lincoln Parish schools who are continuing their education.

Scholarship Awards:
College/University — $500
Vocational/Technical School — $250
Application Deadline: December 1, 2026

Eligible applicants must be a 2026 graduate of a Lincoln Parish school, have a cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher, and be enrolled in an accredited college, university, or vocational school.
