Scripture Saturday:

✝️ God is our rest. When life feels busy, chaotic, or out of control, we have the freedom to be still in Christ. As children of God, we can step away from the hecticness of everyday life and spend time alone with Him, trusting Him with every little detail of our day. That is such a gift!

So today, let’s remember to take time to BE STILL. God has everything under control, so we can simply follow Him as He leads the way. After all, He is God, and He can handle it! ✝️

‼️Update on Jerri!‼️
Jerri Abernathy has been diagnosed with a severe case of West Nile Virus. Jerri will remain in the hospital as she continues to receive care and work toward recovery. At this time, visitors are being limited to allow Jerri the rest she needs.

The family is thankful for the outpouring of love and prayers. We ask for everyone to continue lifting her up. Your prayers mean more than words express.

Being fully loved by God gives us the ability and freedom to genuinely love others. So, everyday, no matter the circumstances, we can show up and love others selflessly, just like Jesus, by sharing who He is and what He has done for us! ✝️
